I really like everything here. The art style is gorgeous, and everything feels very well written. When starting the game I would make it to be a little more obvious on you choosing a character's story since on my first time through, I thought it was just one person talking and telling a story when I clicked. Maybe some sort of arrow or highlight? Besides that though, it was a great demo and I'm excited to see where each story goes from here!
