Holo spawn rate is now based on time, not distance
Previously, holos would spawn every few meters, which meant that when you got faster, the amount of holos would increase
Now holos spawn on a timer (which matches the beat of the BGM) so when you go faster you'll still see the same amount of holos per second
So it's not as easy to autopilot runs at high speed anymore
