Dev philosphy 206: If the fix covers 95% of use cases and takes 5% of the time a complete fix would require, do the quick fix. Do the big fix later. I support your approach lol

"In this update, the rate that verbs appear adjusts dynamically based on the current proportion of verbs in your word bank, helping ensure they don't get too neglected while practicing."
I personally like your app because I can learn verb conjugation through it. So, I think having the verbs present and balanced but not neglected is great. There are a lot of apps that teach you a million "to be/dictionary form" verbs and object nouns like "car, desk, door," etc., but not enough apps that teach you how to put them together correctly through exposure like yours does. Keep at it, Aqua Dragon!
"If you're curious about the logic, first it finds the number of tenses (for example, 7 tenses). That's a 1/7 chance. Then the program adds 1 to both the numerator and denominator, raising the chance to 2/8 (25%)."
From a developer standpoint, that is such a clever, simple, and direct approach. Nice tweak!
That makes sense. You could also just show the English word, since most users would be English native speakers and would not need the word said out loud to them. Sort of how in the current format the 4 English answers are not read out loud.
And I meant how quickly a word is mastered.i feel that they are added to the bank at a good page personally.
This is a great set up! I'm enjoying it. I like the words and phrases you picked and the order of introduction. My hopes for future updates:
Option to reverse the questions: show the English word and user must choose correct Korean word.
Option to quiz on sound only or word only so we can improve weaknesses in listening or reading. When both are present it can be a crutch.
More examples where the past/present/future tense changes and we have to pick the right one. I'm learning quicker from your game in that aspect than I am a textbook or other methods, how cool!
The leveling up is a little too fast in my opinion. I think we need to get the words correct more times but I'm also unsure how easy that is to integrate.
