My purpose here is to create open world MMO game using my own server code. (Because I like server engine developement process).

I don't want to do COOP/Multiplayer game.

I am looking for some 2D artist which would like to make a 2D (tile based) MMO game. I created my own MMO server engine, and client using Unity3d but I don't have any particular visual concept. Game would run in browser, and on mobile devices.

There are only 2 requirements:

- Your idea is doable (as small hobby project)

I am currently woking on MMO server engine. (For 2D tile based games). My goal is to create game prototype of tibia/anime like game which could run on PC, and Mobile devices.

Technical:

I am using C# for both server, and client apps. Server is working fine, I have Items/AI/Experience/Skills system in place, with working Network layer (Not optimized, but stable). Client is done in Unity (Using build in Tilemap system).

2D Artist

I am looking for some 2D artist, who could do some sprites (32x32) in cartoon/anime style, and maybe create small tile world with it?  Currently the whole project its done only for fun, but maybe we can earn some money later? (I had experience with hosting OTS, and making money with that).

Game concept:

I don't have any "fixed" game concept. I only know that I want it simple, easy to play and fun. Trying to be realistic here, and not planning to do any create features with 2 people team.

Today I released first public build of my RPG game. Its similar to Stardev valley, but its more about quests etc. Translation may be a little bit weird (I was focusing more on stable build in alpha)
