Thank you, and I'll take this review into consideration for future updates. The sticks regenerate--so sticking close to the campfire is the way to go.
The jumpscare you faced was likely your fellow camper, or at least he was your fellow camper.
Hope you stay tuned when I release V7 :)

This is a short camping-horror experience, and my first released game. I've made many more, but I'm excited to actually publicly post one. There are some clues in the campsite to something bigger--An overarching story that you will have to piece together as the game receives constant updates.
The main loop is the player keeping, you guessed it, The Fire alive to ward away The Dark. You feed the fire sticks you find around the campsite, but as the day turns to night, you find yourself running out of sticks...
Love you guys, and please check out the game and leave a review if you want to support me :)

This was a GREAT game. I played this after seeing a showcase in a server from one of the assets he used to create this, and I wanted to check it out. The level design is BRILLIANT, although I wish it was a bit bigger. In the games I make, I don't put nearly as much effort into level design as this guy. The only thing that could be improved is the voice acting, and some other things that are in English in the game. Maybe use someone who is English-first-language in the final product? Anyway, it is a well done game and I am exited to see how far this man goes with it. - Potayto
