are u on pc or androdi? about Solera i retry it and trigger it when join in: 

 about madame you have tried it and it work mmh if you are on pc i could check the save (maybe its a bug but i cant find it D:)

about soler you should visit the all room of “ground floor” I have fixed the tips in next version

 About Madame after and I’ll check it better but  in usually you need to sleep and go to the hall and the event triggers (after I’ll check) if don’t start try to advance with other gitk
