After 1.Ghast b3 Ghast b6, why is 2. Go Away b1 not allowed? Shouting isn't a Move, so while a Move from a Ghast Square must Flee, Shouting shouldn't be required to Flee, right?

Thank you! I have made a draft of the army, called Mountain Home, now and a webpage for it, and I did credit you. The context for this page is that it's a suggestion for the chess variant Titan's Battalion.

Is it okay for me to use this idea for a chess variant army? I think it would be cool to have an army where some of the pieces move based on where other pieces are relative to the royal piece. I will credit you if you want.
