Wow this is a great game. I wanted to play more.  

Thank you for exploring and enjoying my game. In my github page, I mention how to increase the content for this game dynamically. 

I have provided a excel sheet, where you can enter custom events along with their dates and start teaching/ learning for different eras or periods of history. In the readme are the steps to run the game and how to add more data : https://github.com/praveenax/Chrono-Quest

Data Entry for more historical events

One thing I was concerned was how to add more events to the game. There is a file named readExcel.js. Its a nodejs script to read from Book.xlsx file and will printout the JSON required for the game to utilise.

  1. Populate Book.xlsx file with more or different events
  2. Run "node readExcel.js" to get the json in the terminal.
  3. Copy the json into cards.json which is inside src.
  4. Test the application to reflect the new data in the game.

Reminds me of my good old video games. Really well done

I liked it. made me remember the good old tank games. Would love to see more challenging levels :) 

I liked the gameplay so much. had some issue with the rewind though. Otherwise I had fun!

 No other players to play with so was not able to see the gameplay.

I made this game in less than a day. I came across the jam in the last minute and could not realize all the plans I had. Will improve this in the coming days to fix the last minute bugs encountered!
