Thanks a lot! You’re right; there’s a lot beneath the surface. More than a casual gamer can see on their lunch break—here’s hoping most people see that as a positive feature! ⏱️😃

Thank you! Tell your friends ;)

Appreciate the note! Anything in particular that could be worked on to make it less confusing for you?

That's so good to hear! Thanks for playing.

Thanks so much! Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

Nice work! I’ve only seen videos of the original, but I think I prefer this version, haha!

Impressive! I tried this out because I'm a fan of Final Fantasy Adventure, but now I'm curious about FFXI!

This game sucked me in very quickly! The graphics are great, and the gameplay loop is addicting. I'll definitely be coming back to this one!

Love the RATM shop, haha! But now I'm left wondering what life in This Town would be like if I'd saved up enough to get a skateboard... Anyway, this is a fun game for a lunch break!

Had fun with this! After reading the comments, I want to go back and try for the other endings—and looking for clues/answers is a great excuse to watch The Shining and Lost Highway!

Very cool! A great mix of mystery and isolation.

Nice work! Now to wait for my results to arrive...

Impressive! Looking forward to seeing what's next!

I love these graphics! Normally I shy away from this combat style, but this game is a lot of fun.

Solid de-make! Kudos on the From-worthy difficulty level.

Very cute game, and it looks great! The puzzle in the woods was pretty confusing, though—I didn't understand it was a puzzle until I broke down and watched a playthrough video. Before that, I thought I was just stuck due to a glitch related to the game world resetting when I pressed Select.

What a great experience! I love how the progression is executed. And the emotional impact of the story is all the more impressive when you consider how simply and efficiently it was told.

This is a great little puzzle game! Simplicity shines here. I dig the music, and the art really works, too—the snails are juuuuust cute enough without being too childish. Kudos!

For some reason the .gb version kept getting stuck at certain points and wouldn't let me progress, but the web version works just fine.

I like the player sprite, but the dungeon floor design is kind of busy, so there's not much of a chance to really show off your bones!

Great art, and some decent jokes (the self-referential stuff kinda fell flat with me, but otherwise I dig the sense of humor)! The combat isn't really my style, so I had a hard time getting into the game. Overall, though, it's very impressive!

Well done! Good pacing, and what a maze that mansion is!

A really solid, satisfying game! Looking forward to spending more time with it.

Thanks for sharing! I’m looking forward to completing another playthrough myself 👍

Very cool! Love the atmosphere this game creates.Though I’ll admit it took me forever to realize there were doorways in the foreground 🙃

A fun horror game with a nice bit of humor! Still seems to make the player invisible after Ch 3 on GBC, though.

Fun game! It was a nice, warm, fuzzy departure from what I usually end up playing 🙂

Loved this short, creepy mystery! Some of the language early on hints at the general outcome, but I was NOT prepared for that ending!

This was a lot of fun! Really loved the art, too. Kudos!

Really enjoyed playing through this!  The maze drove me nuts the first time, but that made for plenty of incentive to dodge the glitches/baddies later, adding a nice bit of challenge and tension 👍

The use of the Game Boy Camera to create assets is brilliant!

I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t more to the game when it was over, though. A player making a concerted effort to escape won’t see much variety since the whole map is available right away, giving them the option to follow a direct path to the exit.

An incentive to explore could extend the play time, and some method of obscuring the map could add to the replayability.

Anyway, good work!
