Since it's a saloon, you'd expect to have some drinks in there. But there aren't any.. Maybe you could buy some refreshments, that can increase the cap for each stat, or provide other effects! In example:

1. Strength  Flask - Increases your damage and arm power cap by 2 levels. Costs 1000 Juice.

2. Swiftness Flask - Increases your move and flight speed by 2 levels. Costs 1000 Juice.

3. Energy Drink -  Lets you sprint using shift, but the ability is lost when you die. Costs 500 Juice.

Or, the Old Man can give you quests such as:

Slay 50 Pollywogs. Reward: 1000 Juice

Bring me 2 Strange Pineapples. Reward: 500 Juice
