Man, I think you could make a really great game if you made it on a better engine. You have all the content for a great game and I think a smoother engine would really make your games the complete package. You should check out my game Ballad of Darkness and compare the feel of the movement.

Hey, checked out this game after playing Elegy of the Curse. From what I gather, this was made with EasyRPG, correct? The story, the NPC interactions, and the graphics are really good. I do think that there are much better engines to make this sort of game, as the controls are quite rough, most notably the jumping. You definitely put a lot of great work into this and I think if it played smoother it would be a top tier Castlevania fangame.

This is very cool. I would really like to see this idea fully fleshed out. That being said, I can tell you've already put a lot of work into this. I understand the work it takes to make a game and I also understand the harsh criticism people give when they don't understand that. I'll give this 5 stars for the awesome idea and the hope that maybe you'll have the time to make this a full game in the future.
