I also used the transformed mode, and I noticed that sometimes I would hit enemies and while they were in their recovery animation they would go back to their default pose I wouldn't be able to hit them during that.

I'm using the one handed blade of mercy in my game right now, and I notice that often my swings just dont connect when I just landed a hit, and I think that there's either a bug and its not registering the hit, or the hitbox ends close to the hilt, since you move forward when swinging and it's missing.
Hi, I talked to Eileen at early in, then she disappeared as normal. I beat Father G and Henryk isnt appearing in the Tomb. I know you talk to Eileen in Cathedral Ward to activate that in actual Bloodborne but since thats not in this is there an alternative second step? I've gone everywhere I could think of.
Also to be clear I did not attack her or do anything that would otherwise lock me out of the quest as far as I know.
Update: Figured it out! you have to trigger the event that happens when you attempt to go to cathedral ward, then go use a different lantern, then return to the tomb
