I haven't tried the itch io app to download this but this does give you an external link , have you tried with that?

What do you mean by activate here? The 10 $ build basically has everything the premium one should and the free build has the base game with all its content.

So nothing is locked if you got the paid one.

You will have to start a new play through. Loyalty can only be gained with your choices in when playing the events/story.

Which scenes you mean? I'm sure most of the scenes you can access if you get high corruption at the prologue.

Yes that one , it has access to all bonus scenes and has cheats in it as well , we upload that version once patreon's one is done it's early access.

the 10$ version is the paid version and on patreon as well there are the paid versions.

For now no method exists to increase loyalty , but after EP5 update we'll give few chances to regain it.

However, if you've lost it in the very prologue then very few segments exists to gain loyalty back.

Lana will be unlocked in CH 2 EP 5 , we are currently rendering her stuff and loyalty 95 or above is required to play that canon path basically.

I'll try to look into it , sorry for confusion if you want to pay with your card you can also just use your card on patreon and get that version instead , join discord if possible I could probably help you much easier there but if not I'll see if card can be included as an option as itch is selective about payment providers.

You can only visit Deborah when the quest says so. Deborah's house is not available for regular visiting yet.

For Lana, You cannot progress further right now.
For Kiara/Main quest you need to have higher loyalty >= 95 and complete therapy on Saturday evening (there is a hint for this.)(There are 2 variations of it depending on your loyalty) That's pretty much it.
