This is incorrect. Currently, you can increase your corruption reliably through club events in game. (You cannot increase your loyalty though you will be able to in future updates through church)
But I understand your problem, since in some cases it doesn't tell you what does what. That still needs improvement through tutorial and a walkthrough.
Click on learn more about this warning and it should allow you to proceed anyway with it , Not sure why yours specifically is showing this as it's working fine on my mac and pc both.
First of all thanks for the compliment and yes Olivia and others will be explored in later versions as we're finishing the college girl story lines first including the family ones
As for Eugene I believe there was a small error in script , you can click on ignore to complete the quest for now but we'll provide the patch soon.
Where are you stuck? I mean to ask in the paid version vs the demo version what quest were you on or might be? Because the game isn't fully done done as its still on Chapter 3 out of total 7
