I get the gag where because the theme was "Out of Control" the controls button doesn't work, but I'd at least like to know what I'm supposed to do or what I'm even looking at.
It didn't run great on my computer, but I won after 3 seconds of spraying water. (I saved 8,000,000 trees!) Then it crashed. I tried to open it again but it closed itself immediately each time I tried. I guess there are no more fires to put out.
