SO AWESOME! i love pokemon like crazy my first love... all of the pieces are so inventive and the broad range of styles is really fun to see! every time i see a pokemon team or a character turned into a pokemon i go that's EXACTLY what they would have/be. Super fun project!!

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. oh my god i was going into this like "idk anything about ride the cyclone and also didnt watch jy i hope i like it" as if two of my favorite ppl in the world who make the coolest things didnt make it. i had seen probably all? most? of the art by olive which blew me away but seeing it paired with stara's incredible writing had me YELLINGGG. the script format was so fun it was all so theatrical despite being a pdf on my page. do i have to watch rtc now

diane your formatting skills never cease to amaze me! your unique cute style integrated into classic yearbook elements really helped everyone's pieces stand out! thanks for hosting such an enormous project and doing such a perfect job encapsulating the magic of fhsonas, which is what got me back into d20 and into this zine jam :)

blink this is so terrific and such an encapsulation of what blaseball means to me as well... ive loved baseball since i was young because my family loved it and i loved being there with them and a part of it and then blaseball was where i found some dear dear friends and it was never about the game. your voice comes through really beautifully here and makes such a meaningful personal narrative.

this is sooo cool im in love with the black and white watercolors... i dont know soojin gloom but i really wish i did!! such a touching piece of writing that i think is a really fascinating and beautiful goodbye to blaseball.

WOW!! absolutely amazing. this is the kind of inspiring creative stuff i wanted to see out of the zine jam and by god did you absolutely smash through my expectations. each of the individual collages were so unique in their presentation and concept but had such a unifying sense of artistry around them that tied the whole thing together. ill be looking at this for years to come for inspiration.

Hi there! Welcome!! This event is a zine jam, which is inspired by a game jam. In a game jam, people have a short amount of time to create a game based upon a certain theme, and at the end, you get a large collection of different submissions from different people! Similarly, this event is for people looking to make zines (a self made publication containing art, writing, anything!) about Blaseball. While we're calling it a "zine jam", we're accepting submissions of any kinds of mediums, including storytelling games or music! So for you, maybe you could write some songs inspired by or about Blaseball, or find someone making a game who wants to include music in it!

ave this is so Beautiful, in its honest portrayal of the way it feels to find your own way in reconnecting with your culture, in how the paths between who you are and what you love diverge or converge. this is so powerful and we need more narratives in blaseball like this. thank you.

nel this is. i dont even know how to put it into words but this might be the most zine ever. like legitimately.  "maybe i get nightmares, too" is going to haunt me i think. 

WOW!! these are all so fantastic i love the different layouts and seeing people's explanations was so fun and you can really tell how much love people put into it.

i love this!! it was really interesting and i really loved  all the art. my favorite page was all the necromanced players on one side, but also the page to the left of it with "an ungodly deal", i thought the writing there was super cool. nice job!!

absolutely brilliant!! this was such a fun and creative way to celebrate blaseball fanfic which always deserves more praise. i had such a fun time getting to work on this and to see all the other posters and reviews!! i hope people reading this are encouraged to read the reviewed fics because they are 100% worth it.

WOW!!!! oh my goodness this is one of the most stunning pieces of art i've seen in a while. your style is so charming and the linework is all very deliberate and yet free flowing. the storytelling is fantastic, i think you really effectively and beautifully showed the story, every panel is so strong and like burned into my memory and i am hopelessly in love with it all. the color palette is stunning. i can't explain in words how much i love this.

WOW!!! it's crazy to imagine people made such fantastic works in just under 24 hours. it really captured the spirit and emotion of season 24. it was so great to be able to explore all the different perspectives and experiences and lore going on during then. huge hats off to the organizers especially!

This is sooo good i love it so much!! i really liked the use of the in-game message logs combined with your own writing which really poignantly portrayed the tragedy of it all. i also enjoyed the illustrations, i really like the halftone textures a lot :) amazing job!! absolutely a favorite.

stara dasy im so enamored by this i love the format and you both write all of them so well... its really interesting to see this group of people tied at the beginning but ending up in strange places being reunited after experiencing such differing circumstances and just AA the characterization was so good and it was such a good read :)
