you need to buy the house in the basment the vore basment and then get the broom and use the broom on the bridge and you'll get the key

when you unbirth Sophie it should have the option to put her in your womb and then she will ask Sabrina to either let her out of make her a Fetus and you will end up getting pregnant with Sophie. this is just a suggestion you don't have to use it. but i think that would be cool.
