Thank you! I had a lot of fun with those abilities. When I was creating this playbook, I was asking myself the same question. I think ultimately it can fit in a similar way as the Whisper. Both books deal with the arcane in ways that the other standard playbooks don't. Also canonically, the warden has a job outside of the crew, but if that doesn't fit the game you are playing, you could be an ex-spirit warden, taking up a new life among your crew.
