I knew that silly! Obviously, I am talking about my initial dysphoria reaction in first person in the game looking down and seeing a woman's Kobold chest this option should be the main option on the title screen. What I am saying is nobody should have to have dysphoria by being by default forced into a female character player in a game before going online to find the option you casually mention.  I bought the Steam version and in Steam there is a bug in multiplayer where the Kobold option is on the setting screen where there is a blank box instead of the Kobold option and with the peen option on it does not change the character it still remains female so plz mind your own business I am a big fan of this game and I hope to be a future modder so the only reason I am posting is because I love this game.

I bought it on steam after i figured out in cheats I could essentially make myself male all the time but I am a transman when I first went into the game and in multiplayer the charcater is female the dysphoria was unimaginable there has to be a male or female option for starting multiplayer and I spent ages customizing my Kobold in singleplayer many people alsp want to bring their own character in there is no function i can see so far for doing this therefore multiplayer is useless. I love the rest of the game btw.. Its actually why it took me so long to get this game I thought it was female only.
