It's not an achievement, but some kind of ng+ bonus for winning over Cato would be great because he is SO difficult to persuade, so it felt satisfying the first time i was able to manage that lol

The only backgrounds and romance routes not included are the 3 secret backgrounds (more than you appear in the CC), and the kickstarter stretch goal romances for Leala, Kade, and Greer. The endings possible will depend on what choices you make, but there are a LOT.
