😁 Actually, I decided to consider WNEI's height the smallest of the game and leave her with breasts big to avoid loli "categorization" on her and any other characters.

Maybe WRIC and WSIS should be the ones that would fit most in your description. They're kinda short and nervous. Also, WRIC breasts would need to grow a lot to be considered small!! 😂

If you're playing from a loaded game, consider starting a new one and it should work.

Else, check if you're in a weekend, since doctor's office is only available on weekdays.
