WAV would be fine. If you put it on max compression when you make the ZIP file, it will compress them almost as much as FLAC does.

Yes, on Bandcamp they generate the other formats from the lossless ones you originally upload, that's why they require a lossless format on the original upload.

I am a paid supporter on Kickstarter, and you even have a Bandcamp with FLAC as an option for the soundtrack, but you only uploaded MP3s for the soundtracks here on itch. Is there any possibility of uploading a FLAC versions as well on here?
