IT'S SPREADING! is a choice based body horror game with 5 different endings and multiple paths to take.

You play as a doctor who's been assigned the supposed "patient zero" of a plague that's been mutating residents of a village, and you have to see if the patient is healthy, and help them if they're not.

But, will you choose to do the right thing and try to stop the spread of the plague? Or will you lie to the patient, and cause them possible harm? The choice is yours.
