Good catch

Sorry, I feel like I should've said this in the original post. I'd gone several days into the game on the mobile version and it did not save once. I'm currently almost all the way through the first... Chapter? And still there are no auto saves. Of course, I've started manually saving, so I'll live, but maybe you'd still like to know all the details

The chapters are painfully short, graphics/poses leave a lot to be desired.

Dialog is... How does one say that something is even better than perfect? You might even be a more entertaining writer than Caribdis, and I enjoyed it thoroughly, even if the visuals felt a little cheap. I think I could still potentially purchase the title once there's more content, if it ever gets more work.

Something that's getting a bit on my nerves, though more cause I'm spoiled by other games, is there doesn't seem to be any auto saves and I just keep forgetting to save before I dose off

You've got a pregnancy tag, but I don't remember anyone getting pregnant last time I played (not long ago)

It blended in with pay of the background *facepalm*

But Pregnancy is planned? In your features list, it lacks either a gold or gray star, so it's not clear

Almost always us optional if it is included, but I'm getting the vibe that it might not be optional on this title

Possibly bug report?

After what would seem to be the last interaction with the tentacles, there's a message that this is the last scene in this update, yet I am clearly able to continue on to chapter 2 (so far)

So, unique situation, but my service provider's 5G network is not cooperating with my phone, and I don't have Wi-Fi cause the room I moved into last month... Well... Nobody offers service here except Satellite in spite of the fact that it's dead center of the largest city in America (square mileage-wise)

So, I can't download the game fast enough, no matter what method I try, before the mirror closes and kills the download. I think it might work if it was a Mega download? Maybe? I don't expect you to cater to my probably very unique and also probably very temporary situation, but... It would be awesome if something could be done there...?

You go into settings, at Auto forward time all the way to the left, them hit auto. You'll still have to go through the anims and choices, but it's the fastest your gonna get

It's... Very normal, like, every dev gets asked this frequently, more than any other kink I think.

Pretty sure I played this a few years back, and I just remember the impression that I was into it.

Let's see how far it's come!

... There's a slime around there?

Dammit...

It's good.

Just... Not to say it should be rushed, good art should never be rushed, just I'm not sure I could stay interested with this pace. Maybe if I check back in a year or two there will be enough content to get engaged again.

Still hasn't happened yet.

That just doesn't feel like it's ever in the cards, unless somehow Warren gets his agency back.

What's the difference between free and patron content?

Hey, I'm gonna do a little research and get back to you, but it might be a little convoluted to get around sanctions.

👍

So, I am a lazy dummy, and would highly appreciate some sort of guide/walkthrough cause I have a tendency to get lost/stuck on a quest, like Orcosaurus [I have no idea where to find the stones for the thing that weakens him]
I'm the kind of player that at least tries for a little while to figure things out on my own, but I don't have a great deal of patience for doing the same search for several hours if it can be helped.

I've tried searching the internet for an independent one, and the closest I could find was a youtube channel that's been deleted.

Bug Report:

I seem to have gotten stuck in the orc camp talking to the cook. I've already gotten the bruole and given some to the orc that promised to help me with Orcosaurus and I was just talking to different orcs to see if there was a new option to ask for the items.
I can still access the journal and inventory, animations and bgm are still active, can't talk to the cook anymore, directionals don't do anything outside of inventory.

This is the purchased version of the game.

I'm sorry, I thought I responded to this months ago, but I wanted to say I liked this answer. Just came back around to see how things were.

I do appreciate your efforts, even if I'm not so great at expressing that

The dress is enough, though you might like to not bare your nethers

I'm with you on foot jobs and boob jobs, but c'mon, imagine a girl being so into you she'd be willing to choke on your dick? (With proper motivation and care of course)

Yes, the motel pays very well, much better than the bar (I'm not familiar with a diner)

Such good girls...

I usually end up replaying that every Eternum update, just to reprep myself for the new content. It just puts me in the right mindset, rather than JUST playing the new stuff when it comes out.

Another report on the loading bar going out of frame. Device is a Motorola Edge plus 2023

The pattern that updates have been following, there probably won't be another update before November-December

But it'll be worth it ;)

I'd grade it as a B+. Is good enough that I'm constantly checking back for each update, and it's getting better over time too

So, how does one Masterbate? I go to the bathroom, I don't see anything I can interact with, any menu buttons. I'm on mobile, but it's clear I can't move Forward if I didn't masturbate

I think it's important to remember that this is a review, and there's nothing unethical about saying why I think this game is not worth me dedicating a monthly portion of my income for content that is barely trickling out. I don't get how you can't understand that. I think it's important to remember most of us have other monetary obligations that leave us with too few dollars to spare on entertainment, and would rather be informed before we've invested our money into someone else's weekend tinkering. It's like buying someone else's kid a new model airplane to build every month. It's cute, and that kid sure appreciates it, but people just don't have the cash to be giving to every kid that might appreciate it.

Now tell me you don't understand THAT either.

Then we're not interested. It's one thing to charge a fee to play the game, it's another thing entirely to expect people to pay a monthly premium to play a game that's taking several years, at this rate over a decade, to complete.

You patrons are being milked at this point.

Stardew Valley was made by one person in 4.5 years. This is two people you say sitting on 4.5 years and they only have an hour's worth of content.

Let that sink in.

It's not Eternum good, but it's definitely good enough to receive support, and feels maybe on par with Caribdis's first novel, so I do think Jestur is on track to being competitive with Eternum in the future

Love it when devs aren't afraid to get dark. By your comment, it sounds like he did a good job too so I'm looking forward to it

I'm sure your not gonna see this but in the off chance you do, could you consider releasing the latest build for a one-time purchase, since you're not gonna be working on it for the foreseeable future?

I think I've got about an hour in this game and it's already telling me that I've seen all of the available content of the public release.

I think the at style is charming, I like that it's more of a relaxed storyline (so far), all of the little touches really make the game feel good, it's good work.

Just... The time it took for acts 1&2 to come out, 1.5 years for both acts, vs now nearly 3 years for act 3...

There just not enough content to fall in love with a project that's taking this long to come out with a new update.
