i am but another player rather than the dev, but the help window tells you this, under the "time" tab. I quote:

Time

Different frogs can come out depending on the time of day.

In Frog Pond, there are four time slots in a day:

- Midnight: 12AM to 6AM 

- Morning: 6AM to 12PM

- Afternoon: 12PM to 6PM

- Evening: 6PM to 12AM

no problem we all english wrong sometimes (esp when we've spent five straight days making a frog game)... all the more reason to revert to tiny frog language. miep! mwip! <3

absolutely adorable!!! looking forward to updates if there are any, and even if not i am content with these lovely froggies :D p.s. i think there's a mistake in the text under help/frogs? "You can check out you need to record them by hovering over an undiscovered frog in the journal." you may have forgotten the word if in that sentence? not a big thing ofc just maybe fix with the next patch if there is one hahah
