This was the first journaling game I've ever played, and it did not disappoint! I ended up feeling quite a bit for my poor pilot Raya

Thanks for checking it out! And thanks for bringing the layout mixup to my attention - magnitude was a concept I dropped during playtesting, it appears I've uploaded the wrong version. Will be fixed shortly!
You do get to reroll your Hubris Points whenever time passes, but until then you must make do with what you have. This also means that when you do reroll, it can fluctuate a bit how many (if any) points you "recover". The fates can be quite capricious
Released the core stuff for Heirs of the Leviathan, and working on more material for it.
It is a game where you play the Heirs of a fragmented realm, with power struggles, intrigue, drama and tragedy. A bit Game of Thronesy I guess, but I was really more inspired by stories like I Claudius and Oedipus Rex. It's started out as a hack of World of Dungeons, but grew quite a bit over development.
Zâr - a one-shot game about four theurges cleansing an evil spirit from the Shah's dreams. This is a (lot more readable) revision of the original rules, which were a mess, but still managed to get nominated to three Ottos at Fastaval 2022.
There is some character-play between the Theurges, but most of the game relies on dreamlike narration, with a tense card-system to drive forward the action.
Hi everyone, this is a superior and far more readable version of my 2022 Fastaval scenario Zâr, a techno-mystical TRPG one-shot, about four theurges venturing into the dreams of the Shah, in order to exorcize an evil spirit. Lots of dreamlike narration, and a thorougly tested card system, guaranteed to ensure a tense experience.
Try it out if you like it surreal, dark and brooding - it is absolutely free, and has a tabletop simulator module for easy online play.
