I appreciate you still leaving feedback so long after the game came out! There are some grunts when enemies are hit but perhaps the attenuation distance for them was too short to be heard very often. The navmesh stuff is frusterating for sure, no idea how to work around it.

Didn't encounter that one myself when dying, I'll look into it

in that case you got very lucky haha

Thanks! I'm curious how often (if at all) you ran into the bug of enemies not moving and how long it lasted? Unreal Engines navmesh system was not designed for infinite maps haha

There should also be a prerequisite installer included in the folder somewhere

curious if you run on windows 11? Ive seena few people have issues running ue5 games on windows 11 specifically

Yeah the wall run mechanic was pretty bugged, when the game jam ends updates fixing some of the main issues will be a #1 priority. And when you reached the end platform chances are you didn't have any keys left (or maybe it's just bugged)

Lot's off little bugs and performance optimizations where forgotten in the final time crunch but it's still very playable : ) https://random-access-games.itch.io/prototype

https://random-access-games.itch.io/prototype Lots of bugs and little forgotten details but it's more than playable!

Play it here :) https://random-access-games.itch.io/prototype feel free to drop your games here too!

Debating giving the game a slight broken look with a large amount of Chromatic Aberration, would this count as color if the rest of the game is black and white?

Let me know when you do, I'd be happy to try out these assets in unreal :) I tried Unity at first for a few months, and I was frustrated at every little thing that made it hard for an indie developer. When trying Unreal for the first time, I fell in love with how easy it was to use.

Which engine? I can create epic scenes on Unreal Engine 4.

Some of the stuff DID do something. there is actually a way to escape ;)

Ahahaha it scared me so much while testing it I always had to have bright white lights in the level. But I appreciate you trying out the game! -Dyroth

ha lol. the face hallucination was my idea ;) - Tezzin/Dark_Enders

on 1 of the shelves click the smallest block (WARNING: there is a graphical bug atm that makes some walls disappear when u unlock the doors. it will be patched in the next 24h)

did you ever manage to escape?

Thank you!

Very good game! I haven't played many of the games but this seems to be one of the better 3D games

Really Good!
