Great game, but to be honest I would've preferred it as a time based game that allowed for the rotation of the tetrominoes.

Enemies can't spawn right on top of you unless your talking about the tutorial/title screen where you have to phase past the first one. Enemies spawn at the last spawned enemy's location, so unless you're already inside of an enemy, an enemy spawning inside of you is impossible.
