This is likely because you're downloading into too big a folder nest [i.e. unzipping SpaceCorps into a folder inside a folder inside a folder inside a folder, etc.] The folders are included in the file path, so too big a nest creates too long a filepath for your computer.
Hi Sirin - you have to merge the completed season 1 and ongoing 2.74 for the game to work [ongoing updates are essentially patches, with only Season 2 content].

It's best to play both Season 1 & Season 2 together - they're separated to make downloads and patches easier for players :) Your older saves will probably work if you're using the same device, but this can't be guaranteed.
Re the Spin-offs: each game is roughly the size of a monthly update. They're pretty fun, and add some context to SpaceCorps [principally about side-characters Alpha, Drex, Diana, Pastor Chang & Monseigneur Darkfyre].

Hi floqui. You can romance quite a few characters - but only 6 can currently be made your Primary Love Interest [Sam, Fatima, Anna, Cole, Cis & Chad]. Of those, only Cole currently has fully customisable routes [Ignore, Rival, Friend, Lover, Dom, Sub, Bully & Cuck].
I'd have loved to add a girl MC option - but it would take 6 years of solid work [double the code, entirely new scenarios, about 20,000 new images]. If I ever have a games studio and move to Unity/Unreal to make games, I'd almost certainly included male and female options.
Hi Bruno! The game contains both, but they're entirely optional. SpaceCorps has a kink-gating system and plenty of choices so you can avoid all unwanted kinks :)
Hi Otter - I really want to make sure the storyline keeps up with the content. When Week 2 happens [a single update scheduled for September], bi players will have all the slots required for content :)
This looks really good, and I look forward to trying it out. But be aware that GMs are going to have to add Perception, Knowledge & Influence Attributes (I get the impression you really don’t want us to, but we’ll need them for effective gameplay). Best to accept that and integrate it.
