Hiya, my gf and family members tell me I have ADHD but I've never seen a doctor to diagnose me.
My gf works in the hospital and deals with patients with familiar symptoms like hyperactive , trouble staying still sometimes but mostly when I'm standing, constantly pacing up and down because I'm trying to think and focus, there are a few more things that I cant think of right now because its 4am and I struggle to sleep sometimes but I'm happy to answer any questions you have and help in anyway I can just send me a DM.
