I was taking a look at UndertaleModTool and It's not bad at all.
Adapting textures might be a challenge but I'll manage, pixelated fonts are way easier to edit than regular ones.
But I think I'll have to wait a bit longer since UMT can't edit these new files so yeah...
Here's hoping they update the tool!

Hello! First and foremost, thank you so much for your contribution!
I love when people take time off their own schedule to adapt a game so it can reach as many people as possible.
As such I was wondering if you could point me to a tutorial on how to make a translation for No-Skin.
I've made a fan-translation before and I think I'd like a new project now!
I have some of it down, but I still have some questions regarding game updates and wheter or not I keep my progress or have to start over every time.
