No, it's strictly not allowed. If anyone's game is developed before the game jam announced, he/she will be disqualified.
And i guess, one week time is sufficient to make a good game and to show your creativity.

Yes, Only one game submission is allowed.

Yes you can submit any type of game, whether it is a PC Game, Mobile Game, VR Game or a HTML5 browser game.

It's a really good game, specially if i talk about UI-the interface of game is awesome.

I liked it, i really loved it.

Sorry for late feedback. I was busy in cilent's projects, so i don't get the time.

I played it now, and the game specially logic part is damn awesome man.
