More ships are planned, but not implemented yet. I want to use more ships from The Big Spaceship Builder. The plan is that you will play another invader every wave and fight against the previous invader that invaded the planet (That means that you will fight yourself). That's also the reason why I named the game Invaderion, Invaderion is a blend word from "Invader Invasion".

You don't have health in this game, you explode immediatelly when you get hit. You have 5 lifes per wave though that are shown at the top right corner. If you want to see your hitbox in red you have to hold "Left Shift" - then you enter focus mode and you also move slower. With focus you can get past wave 4.

Thanks, enjoyed watching your stream IrishJohn!

Main inspiration for this game is Sky Force Reloaded and the Touhou Project. But Raiden Project might serve as inspiration too. Thanks for the comment!

I uploaded the Stage Theme, I had fun making it and tried out a lot of things. As a beginner in making music I learned a lot!

Thanks for playing! Initially the game was supposed to have a pre level before the boss fight were you fly around and beat some weak enemies before the boss appears. That's where I actually wanted to use the music for (and were I intend to use it in the future). With the first part of the music I want to create tension and with the later part I completely change the direction of the music into something like "I am free like a bird and flying through the sky!" - until the boss appears, there I wanted to compose a boss battle music but there was no time left, I had to focus on finishing the game.

Yes, that's right. In the first level the boss has only 300 health and gets +100 health and new bullet patterns every time you win the game. The final boss has 1500 health. Thanks for playing!

I was thinking the same, I want to replace the bullets with more stylish prefabs from Epic Toon FX in future updates. The pack also comes with sound effects.

I made a Gameplay Trailer for my game, check it out:
