extremely fun little game I have a couple of polish ideas if you are still working on it and honestly, you can turn this into a commercial game if you find someone to invest in it
ok so ideas are
1- put the list inside the game I know you probably ran out of time but every game element should be inside the game :)
2- I think it would be better if the music started right off the bat maybe something sad at first and gradually changed throughout the cleaning process I know dynamically changing music is pretty hard but I believe in you, Jane Wie \(^o^)/
3- there seems to be a few bugs (again I know time, the ultimate game killer) with the text box not showing up when prompted :( also dynamic scaled text always remember accessibility some people might struggle with the text size and it's very easy to forget this one unfortunately
4- a little ding when you complete one of the lists items as well as visually seeing a checkmark humans love to see items crossed off the list very good in delivering more dopamine aka fun (if you want to try one of those productivity apps like Habitica and you'll see what I mean)
5- a major thing is adding a visual way to distinguish objects once colour starts changing it is very hard to see what you're clicking at in the end (an outline might help highlighting when there are multiple objects in the camera's view)
6- keep making games you girls have a bright future :)

This is a really fun chill game and the comedy is on point for me props for the writer
I know branching narrative is a bit much to ask from a Jam game but I wished I could make choices for sam if you can add that and get more story into it, it can really be a great visual novel
there's a game on steam called "The letter" it's a horror-themed visual novel maybe look into it if you want to make this into a full game for length and structure not story obviously :D
I love the game though you have my vote for the final 3 :)
I'm guessing you like Celest since this is really hard I got stuck on level 2 lol
I like the low gravity but maybe make it a bit easier to control it's really hard to go where I want to go
the hook is pretty cool and a nice feature
a faster way to die would be nice watching yourself fall for 5 seconds not very fun
some parts of the levels feel like they're for a ball rather than a human I guess sonic was an inspiration for that
still with some slight tuning maybe some enemies and more levels this could be a great platformer game
Nice work guys really creative choice
I loved the fact that you can't tell who your talking and you have to figure it out the Unisex name is a smart choice
though some of the text was outside the speech bubbles and I couldn't read it :( must be some UI scaling issue
I'm curious about the black and white art what made you go with that if you're trying to go for a future themed game?
oh also I spotted some grammar mistakes (small stuff) but kinda important in a text-heavy game
all in all loved the game and really can see something like that on steam someday keep up the good work
nice game though for the life of me I don't understand what to do I got lost pretty much from the start until I found the map button (I get that its a Jam game but a text saying use this, this, and this wouldn't hurt)
the music is really good
the map didn't help much with direction and I noticed I started teleporting to an Island when not sure why?
the physics of the waves are cool kinda got seasick a bit from them
the day/night cycle not so much
I can't see anything :(
(I had an image here but itch isn't letting me use it??)
I can definitely see a game about exploration here maybe if you add some quests or any sort of goal system because I ran around for 15 min didn't really know what I was doing or why
hope this helps cheers
help my cat is stuck!
lol but in all seriousness love the game I got to the end don't worry the one feedback I have is you can't really tell when you switch between cats a more visual indicator would help with that because if 2 of them are in the same space the camera doesn't move much and it's hard to tell
the puzzles are fun though a bit finicky with the platform hitbox
but yeah like 20 levels and some more puzzles and I can see myself paying 5 bucks for a game about cats finding yarn (though an animation where the cats play with the yarn at the end of the level is a must without that 0/10 lol)
