If you are on window you can try in file explorer click on address bar and type cmd, press enter, black console window gonna appear and in it you type(with quotes):

"That's not my neighbor.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3

That worked for me.

Alternatively if you are afride of cmd, you can open notepad app, copy command in it ("That's not my neighbor.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3), save it as run.bat, make sure file name ends with .bat and nothing else. Put your newly created file in same folder as game and just run that.

ngl it is kinda annoying when graphicly such a basic 2d game requires latest and newest gear. On the computer, I'm currently on, don't have volkan, but still worked with opengl3.
