There is no "full game" currently, as it is still in development. The full game will come out on steam when it is completed, though!

Sorry for the late response. Voice recordings will likely begin auditioning near the end of the year, or early next year for the remaining cast. After that, we will start covering all dialogue present at that time. I'd say hopefully within the first 6 months of 2025 the next batch should be in, but it's tough to say.
Yes, this is due to it still being in development. The majority of the remaining voice acting will be done near the end of development.
As for the animations, I do think some of them could use some tuning up. If you don't mind me asking, are there any specific animations you were thinking of in recent versions?
I'm not entirely sure what the question is, but I'll give some information and hope it answers the question.
The demo here on Itch.io is the free public demo (Which is content up to v0.4). All officially released free public demos are this version. The demo here will remain at v0.4 for the foreseeable future (There might be 1 update to it when the game is close to finishing development)
The game is in development past this point though. Patreon and SubscribeStar do get access to versions as the game is being developed. (The latest released versions on there is v0.8). v0.9 should be completed on August 1st.
When the game has completed development, it will be released for sale on stores like Steam (and Itch.io of course). The price is yet to be determined. (The completed game (v1.0) should be somewhere around v0.16).
This is the main public demo. Further builds will be exclusive to Patreon/SubscribeStar until development is completed. Once development is completed, the full game will be released for sale on Steam/Itch.io.
It's possible that the there will be an update to the free demo as we get closer to the end of development, but we'll see.
as of v0.8 (The current Patreon/SubscribeStar build),
-there is a gallery for all the "Help" sequences,
-there are plans for more interactions in the Hscene room, though it still hasn't quite been implemented.
-There is some customization for the main character, as they now appear during conversation. The options include: Male/Female, and clothing options.
We have a strong, and consistent workflow. We saw SpunkStock through to the end with consistent updates, and we will do so with Starbreed as well.
Thanks for checking the game out! ^^
Are you referring to notifications of sorts, or that itch.io/steam demos are still v0.4?
In case it's the latter:
The public demo will only cover 3 allies (v0.4). It's posssible that later in development there will be a public demo with a bit more, but if I do that, it likely won't be until the game is a bit more refined.
The progress updates on here, and Discord are generally very brief summaries of the weekly progress updates.
The progress updates on Patreon and SubscribeStar are usually much more in depth and show a lot of little things as well.
All platforms will still be updated the same way as before, just SubscribeStar is now an alternative to the Patreon posts.
Oh! Nothing necessarily "planned", but it is possible there will be 1 or 2 instances. (In terms of Hscenes, we have few slots reserved as "extra". We improvise these slots through development depending on impulsive ideas, etc. If anything like that comes up it would be in these slots, but it would still definitely be a 'maybe').
Mhm, playthrough length is something that I have taken into consideration with this game. Much feedback from SpunkStock was "good, but quite short". I am hoping the structure and pacing of this game will allow for a longer playtime, while still keeping Hcontent dense and plentiful. (Not feeling "padded").
It's hard to tell exactly how it will pan out until I have the structure fully in place, but I'll be doing my best to juggle it.
In terms of development time, it has been. As for playtime, It's honestly kind of hard to say at the moment. I hope so. SpunkStock's playtime was often dependant on how far the player wanted to go (Like getting SS on all characters, doing the gauntlet, etc.)
Starbreed has a bit more of a set pacing to it. Characters have affinity to build and such. Even though I'd like for this game to take longer to beat than SpunkStock, I definitely want the Hscenes to be dense enough.
I think this will be quite a bit longer than SpunkStock in terms of playtime, but I won't know for sure until it's done.
The full version will likely still be another 1.5-2 years from now.
As of v0.8 (The build we are working on right now), the game is about half way done (just under, I'd say).
It has 8 levels out of the 16 planned, and 17 animated Hscenes out of the 40 (or so?) planned.
Each build (1 level, 2-3Hscenes,additional mechanics/features) takes 2 months with our current workflow.
These are rough estimates obviously, but it should at least give an idea.
Our workflow generally is set up so Hscenes are done in clusters. One of the recent builds was for Rooster, the character you are speaking of. During the development of that build we did multiple scenes with them. The twitter is a bit behind in terms of it's previews, but it was showcasing that build recently.
SpunkStock was pretty cool... it was fun to make. This one is fun to make too.
