The way I understand it is that you wrote the code, someone then made a game out of it, unofficially released it, and you now want an official release, charging for it. And what improvements does your version have?
Your released version of BDS is no different from the one published in 2002 by Marcus Wagner. Even when it comes to level edits. To me, this is an attempt to cheat by signing off on other authors' games. The games you published are no different from the ones I already own were published much earlier.

Nice idea but the game needs a few improvements. First and foremost, improve the smoothness of the jumps because this one is a tragedy. Improve sound when moving the character, because at the moment you can only hear farting. If you manage to implement this, I guarantee a really good game, but otherwise it's such a weak 2/5.

At first glance, the game seems cool 😉 It could be expanded a bit with more elaborate shooting sound effects like bonuses after smashing an asteroid, e.g. double shot or temporarily freezing the enemy by switching from one weapon to another (laser, rockets, etc.).
