Not a bad game! It was fun playing it. I got a multiplier of 18.
Just some feedback:
But the optimization for graphics is extremely poor. Literally when there are 4 human running towards me the fps drops immediately when I kill them. This make it very hard to gain multipliers.
Also I would suggest either separating the health and the rage bar, decrease rage bar limit or increase the loss of rage since the enemies didn't pose any immediate threat and the constant amount of human being spawning makes me don't have to care about the ending of rage. This kinda makes the game oriented to getting more multiplier (Although that might be the intention).
Anyway nice game keep up the effort :D
Interesting concept at first glance. Never thought about a spaceship shooting game with gravitational field force pulling the player that poses an extra threat.
The art of the player and the enemies' spaceship doesn't look awkward and are actually surprisingly detailed.
The music and sound effects fit this game a lot and I enjoyed it.
But it is extremely hard to control the player. Drifting + only attacking front makes this almost impossible to play.
Especially when I'm stuck between 2 enemies spaceship like this
Also said in previous comments on this page, the enemies' hitbox is too small. Only the center part is the collider. The wings aren't. Along with all other factors, escaping instead of fighting is encouraged, thus leading to a relatively boring gameplay.
Would be better if
- Can attack to all direction where the mouse cursor is
- I seriously doubt using acceleration to move the player is good in this case. Gravitational field force is cool using acceleration, but not the movement.
- Enlarge the hitbox of enemies.
- Would be better if there are more stars that pull the player considering the size of the map.
Anyway keep up the effort :D
Carnage noun [ U ] UK /ˈkɑː.nɪdʒ/ US /ˈkɑːr.nɪdʒ/ the violent killing of large numbers of people, especially in war
I don't know are you assuming I don't understand this word, or you assuming that I downloaded your game, didn't play it / didn't understand "Press E". I already downloaded the game when I made my first comment! This game has 0 connection to the theme Carnage. What are you even thinking?
(Well it'll be the best for the jam host to say on this, but only the limitation is said to be required. There are a lot of game jams where theme acts as an inspiration rather than a must, so not sure about this game jam.)
Edit: Ah never mind yeah need to follow the theme it is stated in the submission page. Maybe the host will remove this soon
Probably one of the best flappy bird replicate I ever seen.
Pros:
- Extremely cool art and music.
- Good sound effects inserted.
- Customizable player, and all of the decorations don't look awkward.
Cons:
- No new feature for gameplay. Could have different effects for different decoration equipped.

Normal idle grinding game.
Pros:
- Graphics look pretty good.
- Pretty smooth animation.
Cons:
- Lack of explanation of controls and how to play.
- Steep progress.
- No sound effects or music.
Visual Bug:
- The charging bar for the truck overlays on the coins top bar.
2.5/5 Definitely has potential to be a cool idle game if executed better.
Anyway keep up the effort :D
Short platformer game.
Pros:
- Interesting concept. Can't wait to see a longer game with this mechanic.
Cons:
- Basically a prototype. Nothing more to see.
- No end menu.
- When you freeze/unfreeze time, you need to left click on the game once more to let the player move. Pretty annoying.

An auto-shooting 2D top-down game.
Pros:
- Pretty fun for early to mid game.
- Good looking art.
Cons:
- No sound effects or music.
- Can't kill reaper for end game. No idea why would you add that when this is literally an endless shooting game.
- Add health amount not obvious. No idea what does it mean by +x health for y seconds. Like how much is to for my current health bar.
- No pause panel
- Unfortunately for you, no, the lava section that will deduce your health isn't obvious.

A typing game where you have to type the word above the birds before they arrive.
Pros:
- Typing system smoother than I initially anticipated.
- Suitable music and sound effects.
- Art looks good as well.
- Has a highscore system.
- Playing difficulty curve is good enough for someone that rarely type words.
Cons:
- Too many repetitive words.
- No pause menu
- As I said in Pros, this is good for starters. I also noticed the sudden change of difficulty. But for people (Like me ig average 90 wpm), there should have a point where it differs starters and people that actually knows how to type. Gameplay starts to be tedious along with the repetitive words. gave up

A shop simulator.
The way you showed "Free-for-all" is, uh interesting because this word is in Cambridge Dictionary and both definition leads to combat. But whatever, like to see something new.
Pros:
- Smooth controls
Cons:
- Starting curve good enough, but it becomes unplayable afterwards as provided in the first image. Could have simply ended the game there.
- Lack sound. You can find them on the Unity Asset Store
- No pause menu.

A 2D top-down dodging game.
Pros:
- Smooth control
- Nice music.
Cons:
- The player's plane looks extremely weird.
- Too normal. Would be better if special elements are added or simply direction of lightning could come from the right side etc.
- Since it's too normal, the gameplay becomes repetitive for a while later.
- No pause menu
- Ending menu has no score provided. So you can't have a screenshot of your highscore. Though I have
Bug:
- 2 planes are spawned. But it disappears when I start moving.

Pretty normal space shooter game.
Pros:
- Solid space shooter replicate.
- Good difficulty because of the long shooting cooldown so each bullet matters, and the zip-zag moving pattern of aliens.
- Nice music
Cons:
- Are there difference between levels? I don't observe any change of difficulty. The only thing difference is the aliens' spaceship.
- Hitbox of aliens' spaceship doesn't include the whole ship. The wings aren't included.
- No restart button
- Points system pretty weird. On my first try I got 1000 points when I enter level 2. But on my second try I got 2500 points without killing anything.
- No pause menu
Not sure is this known but in reality the player has 4 lives as you can see in my last image provided.

A normal PvE FFA game.
Pros:
- The animation looks really cool.
- Lots of details. Polished well.
- Smooth controls and attack system.
Cons:
- Health bar could be more specified.
- If you are just going to use arrow keys to move then why not change punch and kick onto that side of the keyboard.

Another cookie clicker type of game.
Pros:
- A cookie clicker with some rewards that is easy to obtain. There's a lot of cookie clicker type of game that requires you to click a lot to even gain 1 reward.
Cons:
- Button Clicking not sensitive enough.
Just a visual bug but the portal leaves a black mark when close.

A 3D shooter game but there's nothing to do.
Pros:
- Pretty cool cuz this seems like to be built on a 2D engine.
Cons:
- Sound effect too loud.
- No idea what to do. The maze layout doesn't look bad but no objective.
- Lack explanation of controls. Wouldn't hurt to add that WASD is moving, SPACE BAR is shooting and ARROW KEYS are for camera movement. Took me quite a while before I figured that out.
