Hello everyone, Today I released the demo for a game that I am working on called Run x Gun. Here is some information about it if you are interested in trying it out. And if you do try out the demo I would be interested in any feedback you have for the game.

Story:
Colonel Arthur McDouglas was finally enjoying some off time after retiring from the United States military. Suddenly he hears a message on the radio from the president of the United States that says the country is being attacked by an alien invasion force. So the Colonel grabs his rifle and a few energy bars to take on alien invasion force himself.

Hello phoenixianheart, and thank you, for your interest in the game. Originally I was planning on releasing a full version of the game on itch.io but at this point the game is pretty much dead. So I don’t know if I want to release the full version because it would probably just create extra work in bug fixes and support for the game when only a few people are playing the game anyways.
I was thinking about doing that, but I’m not sure if it will work in a browser. Because the game has a chunk system for loading the map so it has to load an unload chunks of the game. Also the game would probably take a lot longer to generate the world in a browser.
So, I can take a look at it but I’m not sure if I will be able to get it to work in a browser.
Hello everyone, today I put up a demo for my procedurally generated open world RPG. It took a while to get to get it ready but I finally got it out. If you like what you see, you can check out the game at the link below. It's still an early build of the game so there will probably be bugs and stuff. But any feedback is welcome if you come across any issues.

Hello Tyro,
Yeah, Right now the game doesn't have a Tool shop, but I think that was a mistake in not adding one.
I’m working on an update, and a I’ll try to add the Tool shop in that update.
As for the map generation, right now things are a little bit random, where in some worlds shops won’t appear, and there are dead ends/unreachable areas. But, this is something I might try to make a little bit better in the future.
I kind of would like to make the NPCs intractable in the future. So they will have more of a role in the gameplay, but that is something that will take a while to get working.
Overall, I think your right that the game needs some tweaking in different areas, including the shops/item stacking/NPCs.

Description
Fractalis is a procedurally generated roguelike that has turnbased/gridbased combat with a realtime feel.
Each world that is generated has its own unique monsters to fight, and areas to explore. In the combat system you can attack with melee weapons, ranged weapons, throwing weapons, and magic attacks. Different weapons have their own attack areas, and effects. As you travel though numerous levels below the overworld, you will fight menacing monsters, find interesting items, weapons, and equipment that will aid you along your journey.
