Liked the presentation and the scary vibe. Graphics were very good for the jam time too. I only wished that the games had some more audio feedback to you successfully completing them or the monster coming closer to you. There has a heartbeat sound at first but it went away after I got through 3 or so doors.

Appreciate it!

Glad you enjoyed the game!

Thanks for your kind words!

Appreciate the comment and the view!

Hi! Please try the game again, as maybe the instructions to start weren't too clear. You need to have an extra ship to be able to launch as a missile to start. To get extra ships, collect the yellow scrap particles

Who needs Blodborne pc port when we got Door Souls? Seriously, the game was very fun to explore around and the 2 bosses were quite a challenge. A lot of potential which can be refined with a Door Souls 2

Great game! I really liked the concept of the doors you picked creating the other side of the level. It was a great way to subtly be a kind of difficulty selection. Also very cute music and graphics

Hopefully a patch comes in soon to fix the crashing on death issue since it looks like it could be a really good roguelike type of game with the upgrades and the random rooms

Very cool game! Love tower defense games and this one had excellent unit variety and gameplay

I played it for the second time after someone informed me of what was going on. Turns out the red fairy can't touch your fairy or else you'd die. I thought the game was bugged since it was the cat dying no the fairy itself. Now that I played it more, it was very fun an difficult. Great music too!

Funny audio design and the music was very cool too. I just wish we could throw wood where the mouse is pointing instead of the last direction moved

Amazing atmosphere and vibes for all the zones! Really liked the music and the small details like the satellite on the space world

I like the horde style of games where the enemies all gang up on you. My first playthrough was as the garlic character and I didn't even know I was damaging enemies. Could be more clear with some sort of hit indicator or enemy health bar

Really cool and interesting when enemies can attack other enemies. Liked the music and the concept a ton. I didn't even know you could take cover on doors, just blasted everyone

Good physics puzzles and enjoyed the music a ton too.

Fantastic game for the amount of time in development. I liked the graphics, theming, everything was super solid. The only thing I would add are just some sort of landmarks to more easily tell where the player is. Other than that, very good!

Tried to finish this one but wasn't sure if you could actually leave after collection all keys. I can see a lot of potential in this idea as some sort of horror game where the more keys you pick up, the more distorted stuff gets

Nice to walk around and explore the area. The doors could've been used for something else to fit the theme better. Graphics were very vibrant and colorful

Liked the atmospheric sounds, but as some others mentioned, really needs some kind of randomness or other mechanics to spice it up. Could be something simple such as the doors speeding up over time and trash on floor needing to be manually collected or else you lose health

Seems fun, but I kept dying after going through the first door and couldn't figure out why. I wasn't getting touched by the red fairy or anything, just standing by the door or advancing slightly made me die every 3 seconds or so

I like the fact that the doors were 3D objects. Made it much more smooth to close one in a non member's face. Like the concept and think it could be expanded more

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for your comment. It seems that adding the full screen button was a mistake, as it obscured certain parts of the game and made others show up when they weren't supposed to. If you died during the game, you can use enter to continue straight up during the countdown.

I really enjoyed this short story! The overall atmosphere is great and the little segments with the puzzles were a welcome break from it all being just story.

I do see 2 things which I would change personally. First, I'm not sure if an option like this exists on Gamemaker but usually there's a setting which causes games to keep the same base resolution even when stretched out. This is usually done for pixel art games and it would help you avoid these imperfections whenever the camera pans up and down:

Second, the ending just ends way too suddenly. You have loud sounds which then just abruptly cut out. Maybe just adding a fade out with some "The End" text would suffice for that.

But overall, I really did enjoy this and I'm looking forward to your 3rd game!

Btw, thanks for the detailed issues you listed on Suited Scarlett. I'm 99% sure I've determined the cause of the crash and will have it fixed in a soon to come patch.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll try to get this fixed ASAP

Hahahaha yeah, I wasn't able to fully bug test the whole thing. Turns out, making a full poker game in 10 days is probably not the best idea ever. Still thanks for playing though.

Nice neat game! I feel like with a bit more polish, it could be a good way to relax just serving your own coffee and donuts to the little pollen customers.

Man the first 2 parts of this episode were really good. The atmosphere was great and the creepy moments kept me wondering what was going to happen next.

Part 3 though feels frustrating due to the mechanics not being explained very well. I kept dying without figuring out why just because I moved too far from the grave. When I eventually found out you needed to light the fire and stay close to it, I dumped all the logs at once thinking that's how you kept the demon away. I ended up dying like 10 times before giving up. It wouldn't even be so bad if you could skip the graveyard cutscene after watching it or adding a retry button that takes you straight to part 3 instead of back to the main menu.

I gotta say though, the interactive main menu is very nice and a cool detail. Can't wait for the rest of the episodes!

Thanks for checking it out!

Thanks a lot man! Yeah, I definitely plan to do a 2.0 patch to this game, adding actual levels plus the current infinite mode. And don't worry, I'm just getting started making games, a lot more is yet to come!

Thanks you for your kind words!

Appreciate you checking out my game!

I liked the core concept and the main menu using the same mechanics was a cool detail. I just feel like the movement is a bit jank. I understand the movement needs to be tiled so maybe, you can have it so the egg plays a quick movement animation when it moves from tile to tile.

Thanks for checking it out!

Hey, thanks! It's the first video someone has made with my games, so I really appreciate it.

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for your kind words!

Thanks for playing. I will look into available ways to optimize performance in later patches

Thanks for checking it out!
