I loved this comic! The lore/worldbuilding was so alive I got absorbed into the story!

Everyone should buy this, don't doubt it just do it! The mix of interesting plots and highly detailed art made me get lost in each story of "Short Sword". I spent minutes zooming on each page, absorbing all the details and getting lost in the world and the characters. I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes horror and fantasy comics, it surely has become one of my all time favorites!
This is one of those horror comics with a dash of comedy that make them taste just right.
Sure, a shadow stalking you is terrifying or at the very least uncomfortable, but! what if it just wants to chill?
This is the perfect comic for those that enjoy low-stakes horror or crave stories where the mysterious or supernatural takes an awkward space into daily life!
When I opened this zine I wasn't prepared to read ones of the most interesting and fun stories I have read this whole year!
The stories of the ghost that haunts the third floor, designer2, spring, the snoring in the back store, Mark's Excel spreadsheets and the building not wanting you to leave are my favorites! The "Fog" and "Alien fast food" where sad but still brilliantly executed and a very satisfying read!
I didn't know I needed to read this until I did. I totally recommend it to anyone craving some surreal office occurrences!
Imagine being a NEET and out of nowhere you are trapped in a monster conspiracy! The plot looks awesome, the characters are interesting and the ending of this chapter makes you want to keep reading!
I also loved how a carefree/indifferent character is cornered by circumstances out of their control to show they care about someone else.
This is a great comic for those looking for action, lgbt couples, gore and mystery!
The art is amazing and very nice to look at! The creativity/fluidity of the panels' shapes make the story extra interesting. And let's not forget that plot twist! I didn't see that coming!
It's only 4 pages but I loved the characters so much! The Bloody Bog gives me the vibe of being a short chapters comic series, like ~5 pages or less of seeing Monster GL hijinks. I know I sure would love to read it! But even if it doesn't happen, I'll still support fae/chii's projects!
Madame Evelyn: You must NEVER fr*ck with a spirit. You understand?
Blaze: Yes *invites 11 spirits to Evelyn's old apartment of all places*
The plot is so interesting and the mix of genres is very satisfying! You want mystery? comedy? drama? horror? erotica/romcom? "Into the smoke" has it all in a single comic!
There's so much to talk about in just the first chapter! The relationship of Jane and Nat, why Jane didn't pursue a writing career, who is Tasha, the hints at how Nat died and let's not forget the graphics of the t-shirts, the occasional graffiti and the tv on top of a cardboard box marked as fragile XD
The art is incredible and the panels' shapes get very creative when Nat's ghost appears.
Go give 'Hole' a read! I sure will be keeping up with the comic on the official website!
Love the art! Charlie is complete chaotic material and I live to see it, he sees an opportunity in everything lol. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got to Thierry and his dad's interaction at the end like *says an emoji out loud*. When I finished this the first thing I thought was "The world needs part 2 to be whole again" and BOOM we got it! It's already published!
Loved the theme of a non-believer priest doing exorcisms! The pacing of the story and the art style are very nice as well. The spirit/demon was awesome but the thing that truly made a shiver run down my spine were those panels where I didn’t know if William was going to be paid or not like IS OUR MAN WILLIAM GOING HOME EMPTY HANDED AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL THAT??? *cries*
