Does it follow the basic guidelines that are given (such as not having NSFW content)? Yes. Yes you can. You can use any engine, for any platform, on any device, with any team, using any tools, at any time. :)

And because I have a soft spot for languages like Scratch and Game Builder Garage, I'm going to ESPECIALLY clarify that you CAN use those. Even console game engines like dreams are okay!

Yeah IDK, that's something that happens to some people, including me sometimes. I think it's on mod.io's end, so I can't do much about it. I think if you press "download" and then close and reopen the game and go back to the online levels menu it should download then. That's how I've done it in the past when it happened.

Okay, so... Quick advice... I wouldn't use that... uh... "surprise" too much if I were you because it's copyrighted.

You may have needed to click on the game window to focus it. Sort of like you need to click on a NORMAL window that has a close, minimize, and fullscreen button, in order to interact with it fully.

Yeah pretty much every small game on itch gets "detected" by windows AND sometimes chrome gives you a "not commonly downloaded" warning... False positive. xD
