yep, I had played a lot of H-game before, And I have to admit that we hardly find a 2-phase H-scene. Most of dev when they make Action H-game, they always want to create as many monsters as possible to make their game look more interesting, so making a 2 phase H-scene seem to be a stupid way to complete a H-game. It takes too much time and sometimes, It's really hard to think about more than 2 scenes for a same monster. So yep, It was very creative.
Okay so now I have free time, let move to the map of rats and slime.
2. Tunnel map:
Actually, I am not really interested in this map, but I believe it a good place to add some puzzles and also the interactive conversation. At this moment, I haven't had any bright ideas for it, but I am thinking about a area which has high level of water, the players have to solve some puzzle to lower the water level, help Syahata. We do have some ammo on the web that we have to shoot to take them, so how about shoot on some pipe to wash out something could block the way? And one of the missing thing I found in this map is the trap. I remember that there is no trap in this lever, it could be fine, there is no standard for a level. At least we found a new weapon in this map.
First, about the maps, I think some of them need to be last longer, or you can make it appears again and add other monsters in the same type. I think most of the maps are too small (not about the size, about the content, I will tell you down there), except the school. The school is a complete one, it has a puzzle, interactive conversation (with the teacher), 4 kinds of monster and a boss. This is a great basis. So now, all you have to do is improving it in other maps. For example, I think you are spending too much time in creating new maps, and then the new kind of monster will follow. I believe this cost you too much time and enery in drawing. Instead, at the moment, we have tentacle map, tunel, spider zone, Wetlands. Let talk about The tentacle map first.
1. This map base on a very regular category, so it can be a challenge when you recreate well in this game. The size of the map is not small, but the content in it is too little. Beside the girls are being rape along the way and the door that need to be suck, whole process is moving from A to C, but we meet an encounter, so we have to take fuel in B, pass the encounter and done. No puzzle, no boss. This map has a lot of potential.
So I would like to give you some ideas to improve. First, about the door, in the future, you can add "choices matter" feature in the game. I think you should add 2 yes-yes choice. One is "okay..let try", another is "Definitely Yesss!". Both choices are yes and let the player open the door, but you can see, one will develop the personality of Syahata into nice girl, the others will make her lewder. This could be a basis lead to 2 (or more) different ending when you finish the game. Syahata could be leader of monster side, or be solder of human side, who know?? >:3
To make it easier, I won't recommend you to re-build the tentacle map. It will waste your time. Just add a second part of the map somewhere, maybe after the Wetlands. Then add new monsters and (lewd) puzzle.
For example, Syahata now are on her own initiative, make the tentacle rape her, then she has to bring a number (maybe 4) of eggs to some place fast enough to open a door. On the way going to that place, instead of just killing monster (which can be boring after few maps), they have to learn how to dodge the attack to arrive there as fast as they can. This is a method to improve the skill of players before throwing them into a new boss which required more skill.
Another puzzle I am thinking about is "puzzle in order". For example, you create a room with 3-5 tentacles, add some hints about the order. Syahata now have to "please" them in the order, to open a door. These thing should be different, Syahata may has to suck, use her tits,.. whatever she can do to please them. This detail could make the player feel that the monsters are smarter, required more naughty effort from player, this also create various interaction with environment and make the game become more interesting than just shooting to kill.
About the monsters, maybe you can create a brand new one, or just add a few more details to make them different then create a second phase for them (some teeth, thorn or improve their size would be great). A timing trap isn't a bad idea. Syahata can't jump, but she can wait, so a flesh mouth on the ground, open and close in a amount of time will make player slow down, waiting suitable to cross, or choosing between crossing immediately and face with the monsters or stand far from them, shoot them down first, then pass the mouth when it closes.

Your game has a lot of potential, keep it up :>
Some of your idea seem very interesting, but when we put it on the game, draw it, calculate the numbers.... it may become impossible. You may had seen some features that already have in other game, but it depends on the size of the crew, maybe in far future, some details about the speed, or clothes will be added.
I have just finished the beta v0.79, paid ver on Android.
I like the monsters in this ver, especially the spiders, I believe you had put a huge effort on it. The spider in the hold (the trap one) was really impressive and creative. But I only found one, I think you should increase the amount of them.
I don't like the controls of this version,I found it really hard to use. The guns were fine, but the stick sometimes doesn't work right. And I prefer the old joystick.
I also love watching the scene that Syahata open the door by s*cking the ... long thing. That scene show me a part of personality in Syahata was broken and it was really a good choice when talking about character development. I am willing to see more scenes like that in the future.
I really want to recommended some kinds of enemy but right now, I think you are busy enough. So, if you have freetime, please reply this comment and we will talk about it.
