We are past 1.0 because the game currently has an ending point, that being the ending of chapter 1.
All the updates we're releasing are to add the missing content in the first chapter before we move on with the second chapter, which include routes with characters that don't have a route yet (since 1.0 we've added Taliya's route, Lori's route, and Zenelith's two routes, and we're still missing July, Megan, Triss, and Twig). In the meantime we are also bug-fixing and polishing the game so that the whole game meets our current quality standards (working on a game for 4 years means there's lots of older stuff that needs reworking)

Not yet. Our patrons will likely vote for her in our next poll so she's probably getting her own stuff — which include an actual way to save her — in Update 1.7 :D
The main difference is that with premium version you get Early Access as well as any patron-exclusive features we might ever decide to add in the future (currently we only have a button to unlock the full gallery.)
All of those things will be fixed in the update coming out in the first week of June 🙏 and being able to save Twig will likely come with 1.7 if we assume our patrons vote for her (so the next major version after the upcoming one)
The game's overall story is currently halted around the mid point. We'll be adding more content to the first part of the game (everything before the current ending) before moving on with the next part. You can see on our discord server our roadmap for part 2!
We are planning on expanding the current half of the game before continuing with the rest of the story, so there will definitely be more in the future.

I still can't say for sure (especially regarding the marriage), but we're always trying to add different content to our game, so it's a possibility.
We are not adding cheats themselves back, but instead Easy Mode, which will functionally do the same but in a more controlled way so as to avoid bugs and game-breaking sequences.
We'll probably add that to 1.6 which should come out around April.
