'after a long day of work, a young game dev has to return home at night, haunted by the heaviness of her work and personal life.
during this short trip, she will reflect on various issues with her life, leading her to one choice: going home or leaving.'

Inspired by the works of Jean-Luc Godard’s JLG/JLG, Chris Marker’s La Jetée and the photographic research of Nakahira Takuma, friday night is a short interactive project that combines film photography with digital fiction.

With this work, I would like to let the photographic object (its reality, and its representation of reality, as impressed by the light on the film and on the paper) dialogue with the digital fruition, putting the images on a thin line between illustrative representation of the story and a personal diary taken through daily life.

You can play it for free at THIS LINK!!

'something that feels like waiting' is a short and free kinetic novel that tells the story of a lonely and 'failed' game developer waiting for the sky to clear up.

This project comes from months of reflection on game development, working with other people, friendship, and art. It is composed of photographs that my girlfriend and I took over the last few months and mixed & edited sounds.

I hope you will enjoy it.

Is it ok to use music from artists that did not take part in the jam?

For example, is it ok to use a song by a specific artist after asking them for their permission?

Thanks a lot!!
