Fun little game, I think a UI for the jump charge up would be useful. Overall I like it

Very polished game, you've obviously put a ton of effort into it. The movement is easy to learn but hard to master, and I found myself throwing myself at the game again and again in attempt to beat my best time. I think this is a very strong contender for the "best speedrunning game", and overall I really like the game.
Obviously my only suggestion is to add more levels hahaha, or if you ever flesh it out, a level editor!
First of all got to get it off my chest: I just love the soundtrack, it just hits different. The game is very fun, guides you through it very well and the graphics are very fitting. As others said, sound design is top notch, and I think the gameplay is super polished.
The only things I would suggest is some UI improvements, idk if it's just me but the "next level" screen is a bit crowded, and I would like to be able to see how many coins I've collected while I'm playing the game.
10/10 love the game
Pros
I like the deckbuilding element a lot
The music is cool
The animation of the octopus pulling the lever is awesome
Cons
At level 6 I started moving backwards for some reason, and a whole lot of enemies spawned at once.
Sometimes multiple music tracks played at the same time
Maybe a little slow? I could've just not gotten far enough though I'm not sure.
Quite a cool game, the interface is very polished which is nice to see. Impressive that you made the art yourself too. The game is easy to learn, but very hard to master. I would probably add some easier levels at the start, and maybe slow down the speed of the bird. It's a cool game, but for me probably too hard
This is actually a really cool game, because it is simple, and well made. The ambience of the enemy is somehow quite terrifying, I think some foreboding music as well would compliment it nicely. The movement is snappy and rewards precision. The graphics and lighting is fitting too. Overall, I like it.
A cool take on the theme, with a good amount of polish and interesting puzzles that had me pretty hooked. I love the music and the relaxing atmosphere, the graphics go well with the game. The only thing I would suggest is adding a little tutorial, because I did not at first realise that you had to hover over with the mouse on the objects you want to interact with - maybe replace E with LMB? Anyway that is minor, this is a great game, deserves many ratings.
Very nice and polished game, I really like it. The levels are very nice and color themed, they remind me of surf maps, and the music fits very well, and I'm a sucker for music and sound design (I also like jungle). This game is easy to learn, and hard to master. The tutorial is very good and the interface clean. I think this game should win the "Best Speedrunning Game" section for sure.
Thanks a lot for playing - this is actually a really useful video, shows some interesting bugs and game design pitfalls.
You must crouch and shoot props to destroy them. I wanted to change it to melee but I didn't have time, it's a little confusing.
A few audio bugs there, I'll need to look into it.
It's strange that you fell through the floor, and even stranger that when you respawned it didn't put you back. Certainly game breaking.
Thanks a lot again!
