Hello... I"m Romza... i'm an aspiring Streamer XD I'm a gamer and i love to play games... that's a fact... i have types i like and types i don't like.
i've made a three topics on here so far.. all of them revolving around the same thing... asking for people to let me review their games LIVE on stream. i had to stop for a while but now i'm back doing Stream Reviews returns! - General Discussion - itch.io has most of my info... my twitch and twitter... feel free to message me here, or on any of those. i do also try to put my reviews up on my Youtube page but been having some trouble with that, so give me a little more time. also if you want me to review your game you can post in in that thread
BR_FOX, i'd be happy to do a review of your game, but may i do it while streaming? if you are okay with that do you mind posting it here: doing Stream Reviews returns! - General Discussion - itch.io
thank you
Hey Red, so i am on twitch. the link can be found in doing Stream Reviews returns! - General Discussion - itch.io
also if you could repost your game there it'll help keep things organized for me
So the Itch app cannot find your game... i had to manually type the address in the browser bar... on top of that after buying the game i click install on the app and it runs into an error and i cannot download or install it. (also i should note that i don't mind donating $5 to the game. i feel the investment is worth it. if it was more than that then i would ask for a key. so don't worry)
ATTENTION PLEASE!! I have the first seven reviews DONE! i Separated them today and will be putting them on my youtube channel soon. however, you can look at them on my twitch channel anytime. feel free to post comments about my reviews here... Tomorrow 3/9/22 i'll be reviewing 5 other games back to back so please come check them out. and lets keep this going...
so....where do i begin? ah yes.... i am back... i'm gonna be doing a review stream 2/23/22 where i will cover all the games i tried doing a review before... from Muno to Silly Seashot! i'll be going over all of them and maybe a few other games not from here... if you all want to join in and chat, give me a hard time about your game or tell me what you're currently working on, on them.
my twitch is www.twitch.tv/romzagaming
i haven't set a time for when i will be doing it, but i'm aiming for around 5-5:30pm(EST) i will have more on my twitter @RomzaGaming as well as on my Discord, which i will be putting a link to on my Twitch.
Just a reminder, since i'm reviewing multiple games, rather than just the normal two. i ask that you understand if the reviews are short... i'll show each game and each developer's page on Itchi.io, give my opinion on the games current state, while letting people know it's still in development. and also state what i hope is coming.... this is also why i hope to see some of you there so i can ask what's next for the game.
THE OLD THREADS:
The old threads will no longer be looked at for games to review... what i mean is any games posted for review starting today on my old threads will not be reviewed. if possible i'll have them locked so no one else can add to them. but i do plan to catch up on all of them.
FOR FUTURE REVIEWS:
If you don't mind me doing a stream review of your game and don't mind me posting the review on youtube, please post your game here.
Hey Friendly Devs, in a recent topic i made, i stated that i'm going to have to put a hold on doing live stream reviews due to sound issues. However, with the help of a few friends sitting in my chat and helping me out i managed to get most of my sound problems handled. That being said i went and redownloaded everyone who i had done already, to do them again, but this time with sound and the extra feedback of a friend or two. Sadly, i ran into an issue trying to download your game through the itch app. i still have it on my computer from when i originally looked at your game. So, i was wondering. Is your game Up-To-Date on the website? if so, i can just redownload it from there and then do as i did before. Just so you know the issue i was having when trying to download it through the app, was when i hit install it seems to be unable to find the game.

I noticed your game isn't on site at the moment and i believe this is due to you updating and adding to Bubble the Octopus. so, i was wondering since i still have the old version would you be alright with me using that for my stream? I do plan to be able to stream later this week.
So i did a post a few weeks back asking if people wanted me to stream their games and do a review of them. So that's what i've been doing these past couple of weeks... the next week i would download the stream and put it on youtube so that it would be there for anyone to look at, and people can see from where the game once started to where it is presently when every they find it and play it...
I do love the show of support that my little Stream had gotten from you guys that replied and allowed me to stream your games. However, I SADLY have to stop. It came to my attention today that my past videos on youtube are having sound issues... Mainly my voice is muted, and the volume for the games is turned down ALOT. now mind you i test the sound before i start streaming, and even double checked it at the beginning of my stream so that it's loud enough to be heard but not make anyone's ears bleed. I don't think it has anything to do with streaming any games that are in development, but until i can solve this i'm putting ahold on my review streams. i'll keep you updated on things as i test things out. But until then, I'm sorry i can't do a stream review for you.
UPDATE 2/17/22: So with some help from some friends i managed to fix most of my problems! YEY, i'll be doing a new post soon and deleting this one
Hey guys... as a streamer i'm always looking for something to talk about and or do on my streams. if you want me to stream some game play of your game (finished or not) let me know. I'll stream it and give my opinion on it. If your game is not yet finished i'll be sure to say that a few times during my stream so people know that it's still a work in progress and to keep an eye out for the finished product. if you have any questions or anything like that let me know, also feel free to join my stream's chat :)
Edit 2/1/22: got more replies than i thought i would. I try and stream once a week but, due to work i can't say what day i can stream on (which is why i am still a small streamer). but i do try and post on my twitter about an hour before i stream: @RomzaGaming
since i've got so many i'll try and do Two a week, that way i can give good reviews and details to what i like and dislike and what my hopes are. you are free to watch and even join in chat
UPDATE 2/15/22: found out my sound was having a problem... game sound came through fine but my voice did not, putting a hold on streaming for now. for more info: Putting a hold on the Stream Reviews - General Discussion - itch.io
UPDATE 20/17/22: sound problems almost fully taken care of, will be making a new topic soon, with more info and possibly a other things. please note that i will continue to go through everyone that has posted, and given me permission here until i've caught up, then i will start with those that post to my new topic, once i've created it.
took me two tries to get through the first area, mainly becasue i'm so bad with side-scrollers but also noticed the extra jumps sometimes blend in with the background making them a little hard to see at times. once you're use to the controls it's a fun game-in-the-works. there's a few other things that i would suggest be looked at (such as volume control) but for the most part i found the game to be a fun challenge. Hope to see more of it later.
