Yeah, I can see why it's the most played! Although, I just played Arithmometer and I like it even more than this XD. What are the main sort of mechanics you would add if you could? I'm interested to see where this could have gone if you did update it/do in the future!

Nice game, really good use of the mechanic and art is just right. Although I don't see how it raises awareness about your particular rare disease, it does somewhat include the use of AI, though it's also not obvious at all. Really impressive that you managed to code and design this with one hand! Great job!!
