Late response but I'll see what I can take from planet Fist. The mercenary-themed solo rpg game (that may take inspiration from Armored Core, Escape from Tarkov, Ace Combat/Project Wingman and Gray Zone Warfare) will likely use Planet Fist, Fist, Apocalypse Frame, After\\Burner and Edge Zero Force. For the reassembly, I could say that its more grunts running into the fray.

Thanks for your response! Though I have one more question:

3) If there are other games that you recommend would compliment well with Planet Fist (and assuming using the same sort of systems as LUMEN/PBTA/FIST)in mechanics and perhaps theme, what would you recommend?

Curious, how would you use this alongside any/all of the following systems:

- FIST (Or Planet FIST)

- Apocalypse Frame

- After\\Burner

- Notorious

Looking for a soldier-focused D6 RPG that is not part of the OSR or PBTA landscape and somehow this landed in front of me. Looking forward to trying it out :D

*Rosse out!*

A couple of questions:

1) How much stuff would be missing if I used this system in another setting instead of the provided one? I may use this alongside Apocalypse Frame for a mercenary-themed Solo RPG game and it will not use the attached setting in favor of something else.

2) Considering this is a hack of FIST, how compatible is it with supplements/3rd party materials made for FIST?

So say if we want to make an RPG using fbta (which i find sorta amusing since it's like an almagamation of pbta and fitd XD) whilst incorporting a bit of LUMEN, do we need to mention only fbta or do we need both?

So posting here because i only have the pwyw version instead of the beacon edition but i have a couple of questions regarding LIGHT and other LUMEN RPGs you created:

- Is it possible to have a zoo game where for example two players play as Beacons w/ LIGHT whilst another two plays as Sparks using NOVA?

- How would you alter drops that would benefit characters from both LIGHT and NOVA whilst also linking together settings from both games?

Idk if you still check on itchio but i have to ask a couple of questions:

- Would this be compatible with LUMEN RPGs similar to LIGHT like Nova and Aegis for example?

- In a solo strike is this meant for 1 character or can the player have multiple characters?

Oooo. this looks interesting! Question though: How would you reflavor this into a more fantasy-based angle instead of the current sci-fi flavor?

Oooo, looking forward to it. As for the hex map, not sure if its needed considering the nature of LUMEN RPGs but you never know. Personally im more on grids but afaik sci fi wargame using mechs or spaceships generally use hexes.

Darn, i missed out on the community copies. This would be nice to play alongside other LUMEN RPGs and heck even wargames that use D6s and Hexgrids, well aware of it.

Is it possible to use the mechanics of this game for a different setting and beside another system that uses a d6? Planning to solo play this with a merc-type character.

If there is a suggestion, perhaps add in some more dialogue that subtly hints to the backstory of the characters. Also as a another suggestion, perhaps maybe you can look into allowing players to create their characters in the beginning (you don't need to ditch your existing characters if you go for that route, keep em as a per-generated option).

This is an excellent addition to the line of alone among-type games available. I may use this alongside the original game and another alone game set in space.

Would making changes affect the session of the game though? Mainly omitting the credit days and tweaking it to be more on worldbuilding  rather than asking questions and surviving.
