I wouldn’t be surprised to see Adam Millard make a video about this game and why it is awesome and important… That was fun

Solid concept, for some reason the window was really small(in the browser) so a lot of the writing were too big to fit… Strange choice of controls, should have been explained imo, but it was indeed funny to smash some barrels on some police people

Sadly, this project is pretty much deserted(just wasn’t fun enough in my opinion). You are free to check the one i’m currently working one(FPF), it’s supposed to be some sort of a doom 2016 and Titanfall 2 child.

Really nice game, clean graphics, and solid concept… The levels are the down fall here(most of them were too straight forward) but the overall experience was really good!

Thank you for playing :D… The tiled areas really could’ve been more prominent but I didn’t think at the time i would be on schedule if i tried to “over complicate” the generator to make it better, so i settled on a really simple timer-based generator to keep everything moving

That is a really nice game, but next time try exporting a Release build(optimization reasons) and try maybe smoothing the collisions with other humans… Also maybe add a death screen, so you wont just pop to the main menu all the time without knowing how much you got(which sucks)

If you only have a .exe build, dont say you have a linux/macOS export man, wanted to play it but now i can’t because i use linux

(1 edit)

So emmm, you forgot to add all the dependencies to the zip…(at least for linux)

Couldn’t play since im on linux(so i didnt rate it sadly), but next time if you have a windows only installation make sure to only check the windows icon(windows have .exe, linux usually have a .x86_64 and i have no idea what macOS uses)

Interesting idea. Problem is, at first i didnt know what to do(took me 2 levels to understand), and most of the level you are just sitting there doing nothing, you cant even actively stop the boomerang if you want, it will just bounce and continue going like before…

Just a note, next time you participate in a jam, you will need to build the game, and release a .exe/html/linux upload… best way to make sure it works is send it to some of your friends and make them download it from the itch.io page, that way you can be sure it works for others too

Really neat idea, almost solid execution in my opinion, as it was sometimes buggy trying to select stuff

There is a really big chance you are right(couldn’t get my friends to play test it). While i was playing I made sure you can escape each and every type of current, or at least maneuver in it to dodge the debris, but since i created that thing i really doesn’t have a spot in saying if it is really balanced and easy enough..

Thanks for playing tho, means a lot to me

Well, the main idea for the current is to almost fully sway the player(and debris) off course, so you can barely move against the current

The idea is really cool, tho the game is way too slow, as it takes a couple seconds to load your next attack and if you have only 1 type of enemy and got the wrong type of attack you will be stuck there..

Wanted to play it, sadly you gave us a linux “installer” to use with npm while I’m on my windows machine… Sounds like a great game anyway

Well, at least it is a known bug, the game froze exactly when i woke up...

It's a really cool game, liked the idea, great visuals and a nice little story.

it seems tho from what i got to play(which is like 5 minutes before it bugged on me and froze to death) is that you didn't really have much time for play testing, or at all... I would suggest for the next game you make like that is to add a little circular shadow to the character, one that resembles the collision box(only more circular) in order to help navigate through the world easier...

Over all a really solid performance and fun experience, neat soundtrack that simply blends in the whole deal and helps to present the situation which the hero is in quite nicely.

Probably because it sort of resembles the Mario style so it sort of clicks in your brain that a bright colored platformer should have a music of this kind. Thanks for the feedback.

Wondered if people will notice it... Thanks for playing

Excuse my bad drawing skills, the rabbit is wearing a(suppose to be) watch, as for the rabbit in Alice in Wonderland.

thanks for the feedback
