Sometimes gems appear on the ground. If you click on a character and then the gem, it goes to your inventory. Then you can either place it or sell it! Hope that helps :)

Mossy has a tutorial on getting the g-ghosts acheviment on their channel, Moose-shower. The couples therapy one, you have to talk to Moose in Sunclan until he asks you to give Nightlight a pink tulip. After doing so, talk to Moose. Then, talk to Nightlight again and answer "yes" to her question. Next, talk to Moose and then talk to the tortoishell cat in the tent (I think her name was Fleetshine??) And then talk to Nightlight and then talk to Moose.
Gatherings happen every full moon in the game. To become a medicine cat (in fireclan) Talk to the medicine cat, Lunarclaw, and ask to become an apprentice. Then talk to Breezestar after the 4 kits become appretices, and ask to become a medicine cat. Then, talk to Lunarclaw to become her apprentice. Next, click on all the herbs, and talk to her again to become her apprentice. To earn her trust, go to the very right of the med den and heal any cats you find there. Eventually, she will make you able to take any herbs including deathberries! Moss-shadow has a better tutorial on their channel. (The channel name is Moose-shower)
